    I haven't had to use the geek squd protection yet.... but, I know when I need to; I shouldn't have a problem! That's why I have the protection for the headset!

    I love this because I have someone that can't keep a pair of headsets for nothing so I have to keep the 2 year accidental protection. It comes in handy.
