I love these headphones they have amazing quality!!!

very impressed with service. i purchased for my mom and one of the ear buds quit working she took them to the store and they replaced them with a new pair promptly

I always get great service whenever I replace something and they cover a lot of stuff, the one downside is that they don’t cover theft which is understandable, but unfortunate

These headphones are awesome especially for older people, my ear canals are too small for earbuds, so I purchased this and my son liked them so much he decided to keep them. Just now purchased another one for myself. Hours of listening time while on the lawn mower in the summer and can hear all the music!

Geek squad protection always makes it easy for me to feel safer with my products. I don’t feel like I have to coddle everything because I know that if something happens… Best Buy got me.

By far one of the best set of headphones I have ever owned. I have been buying the Skullcrusher line since the days it had an inline battery to power the built in subwoofers, and even back then, I'd choose to use those over any wireless pair that came about... But now, now they're wireless and have active noise cancellation, done. I will continue to buy Skullcrushers with how much deep and rich they cause the bass to hit, it's like a massage for your brain... Trust me, you will not be disappointed, well except for when you don't have them around and have to settle for something else, you'll be let down and ultimately miss that rumble.

I walked into the store and the first thing I did was try on every single headphones I could spot without looking at the price. After doing so I found out that these 910 sony's had the best comfort out of any. I've been a fan of Sony products all my life because it's one of the few companies that I can trust will put out a quality product at any price point. These sound amazing for the price and block out sound when listening to rap and hip hop. I upgraded from a $50 Sony headphone set and couldn't be happier.

Good for back up if you use your product daily and need back up help

I always purchase the 2-year protection when making any big purchases and Best Buy has always made the exchange or repair process easy and convenient!

Better to have then not have, my first set i used to use at work, with a dusty environment and getting the touch sensors dirty started to effect them. I brought them in for replacement and they gave me a full refund (minus the replacement plan costs) and i was able to turn around and pick up a new set.
