I've had airpods, g fits, and powerbeats pro. These were the only in-ear headphones that I've actually fallen in love with. Customizable button presses (up to 3 taps) and incredible customization in the app make this a top tier everyday use product.

This is my second pair of JBL Endurance 3 headphones, after 3 sets of the JLab Epic Sport ANCs. The sound quality is really good for headphones in this price point. There have been some connectivity issues, and the first few times using them hurt after a long listening session. I may also have overestimated how water resistant they actually are.

The protection is uphelp everytime i have used them so far. I do not have any doubt there will be a resolution to my situation

Excellent! We went in initially looking at Beats headphones but my store representative asked what we were looking for in quality and features, showed us different products and features, let us experience each one and we decided on these. They are perfect!

I always recommend getting the warranty with tiny little sophisticated electronic devices like earbuds. Anything can go wrong then. I’ve returned two of my last three purchases after some freak problem arose out of the blue. I have always been treated fairly with a no hassle repair or replacement.

I love the earbuds, very easy to use, and comfortable in my ears. I have smaller ears so all I had to adjust was the little rubber earpiece and I never have trouble with them falling out. I also have some piercings that I thought would get in the way but it's very minimal interference. If you are looking for a good alternative to airpods or google pixel buds, I'd say these are a great option personally.

They will replace them even if I damage the headphones.

These over the ear headphones are truly outstanding and the quality is insane.

Whenever I have an issue they replace the headphones free so its awesome.

I always make sure that I grab the 2 year Geek Squad protection plan.

Ive had the headphones for 3 years Had to change the muffs in a year but everything thing else still nearly new and the battery on it lasts for ever! Good buy

I all ways get the 2 year protection on headphones for my kiddos headphones. They are very hard on the gaming headphones. You pay over $100 for gaming headphones and they brake. You take the broken headphone back to Best buy and they replace them , This is the best protection plan ever. Thank you Best buy for your 2 yr protection plans.

GSP I got this for JLab true wireless sport edition . I have peace of mine that if there is a problem with the unit that Bestbuy will be there for the life of the warranty. I highly recommend GSP with your heavily used or travel products. It has saved me thousands of dollars over the years with the combine products that I have purchased. You never know if the one product is a lemon or prematurely wears out. At least you know that you can replace it or exchange it.

This is a great thing to have when you have a teenager that constantly fixes their stuff and accidentally steps on it. I’m glad I had this insurance.
