    The good thing they will replace your item no matter what within them 2 years of the warranty. The bad thing they ran out of the item and they want to give you only amount you paid at time of sale, not what the item is worth.

    I returned the prior model of the WH1000XM5 because of a minor defect and I REGRET IT. I had these for just long enough to be beyond the return period and they - randomly shut off (with and without a warning) -has issues connecting -takes longer to connect than last model -sometimes does not turn on -sometimes the touch functions do not work (no feedback)

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
