no problem whatsoever claiming the warranty and I even got a better deal upgrading to the pro3s

I purchased some earbuds and i needed some coverage protection. It never seems to fail that my earbuds stop working right after the manufacturer coverage ends. It's good to know that I am covered for longer now.

Used it in the past On other items And trust me if your buying 300 dollar Bose Bluetooth sunglasses with every same feature as every airpod or earbud but without the irritation in your ears if you quite literally use EarPods daily all day. So easy to get a new set And well worth it because of The price and vulnerability of Some technology

By far the best thing to do with electronics is peace of mind, definitely worth the price tag.

I bought a 2 year protection plan for a pair of Bose Sport Earbuds and had to use said protection plan just six.onths into the plan. Then come to find out that Best Buy no longer carries that particular style of earbuds , so i was forced to upgrade at an additional cost. Then i had to pay for a protection plan again even though i still had a year and a half tofo on the current plan. Someone explain why they didnt just continue my previous plan since the upgrade was just to replace an item that was no longer carried. It doesnt feel right at all. Its mot my fault that they warrantied something that they could no longer warranty. I feel taken advantage of by BEST BUY. WOULDNT YOU?

Geek squad protection is always 5 star i usually never have trouble returning or exchanging and everything is done fast and easy. I like it because if something were to break or just not work i can easily contact and they either fix it or exchange it.

What of the best earphones I’ve ever owned. I always struggle with earphones staying in my ear but then never fall off. And the sound is perfect. Only problem I have with them is that sometimes I do have random problems connecting them randomly they will just not connect for a good 10 minutes but other than that they’re great.

I always buy Best Buy's protection plan when making a purchase over $300. Especially when it's something that has a battery that's irremovable like Bluetooth earbuds. They make it so easy to exchange your product, in and out of the store within minutes.

I was kind of bummed that when you buy this for your galaxy buds, you don't get a replacement, you get your money back. So consider this before you buy: the cost of new, the amount you pay for protection, the cost you paid for the original. I bought my buds on the black Friday (weeklong now apparently) so I'll get a little more than half my money back. Something is better than nothing? Not a fan of gambling.

These headphones are excellent it sounds like you are in a room with the music playing all around you, noise canceling is pretty good but is better with music playing, love the touch controls at the side of the headphones but they did have some software issues in the initial few months that have been resolved thank goodness. Overall a I’m in love l good job Sony. :)

I recommend always getting increased warranty on headphones. No matter how gentle you are with them after a few months there is always 1 side that dies on you or stops charging or has one of a hundred issues so the extra protection has always paid off.
