honestly the best headphones i’ve ever owned. the sound quality is great and you can asjust your listening experience through the associated app or on the headphones themselves and the noise cancellation is amazing too!

I bought this protection for my husband like my other reviews we are human and we break things and Best Buy fixes things. So it is a Smart investment to buy A protection plan because Best Buy makes it so easy when something breaks you don’t have to call up get a box go to the post office you just go into Best Buy and their friendly customer service helps you.

Easy to use, quickly handed issue of headphones not working and gave gift card to pick new pair/brand.

I love the geeksquad protection plan, it makes me feel at ease knowing my expensive tech has some protection.

The sound is excellent. One of the things i like is that i can connect two devices at the same time.

Peace of mind, I had bought sony xm4 and the battery life eventually depleted to the point where they couldnt hold charge. I bought this plan and sure enough best buy refunded the money without question.

Love these they still are witking great when I lose them I can find them with my phone they stay on really good

Very helpful and economic. Products are prone to failure and having warranty helps a long way in saving costs and keeping me a best buy customer.

It is a great pair of earbuds, crisp sound, great bass, easy toggle for different modes so you can tone out the outside noise or hear others while still wearing them. Would give 5 stars, but no fault on best buys end. Earbuds started getting static which was annoying. Never fun getting a defective item.

These headphones are great, I got the soundcore liberty 4 pros and I do recommend

Really good product and quality of sound is amazing far better than AirPods. Great for indoors and outdoors. Can transition ambient sound to noise cancellation or the other way around. Just need to need to using the Sony app to really do anything. Price could be a bit lower really good product.

Geek squad has the best coverage hands down. Never purchase electronics any where else execpt best buy because of the insurance.

Having this protection was part of the reason i brought the open air headphones. It gives me peace of mind that the product is protected.

The protection plan worked just fine, but we had a small issue with verifying the serial number to the product i purchased. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE RIGHT SERIAL NUMBER ON YOUR RECEIPT FOR THE PRODUCT, or you might run into the same issue i had. Luckily, the employees were understanding that my headphones had 3 different SN's and the wrong one was most likely scanned.

The headphones work great and have lasted a few years without any issues and drop in quality. Amazing sound and noise cancellation feature. Cheaper than apple’s beats with the same sound quality.

Always buy these geek squard protections. Well worth the money.

Tried them out as they were recommended to me by a couple of friends, and i actually quite like them. Great sound quality and the noise cancelation is quite good as well. I like the convenience of the touch controls on both sides as well as being able to control the volume by sliding up or down on the earbuds. Overall a great set of earbuds
