Comfortable good sound easy to connect to blue tooth

Love these headphone there worth the money I like how you can control the bass on the side of the headphones & you fr can’t hear anything else they zone you out better then the apple ones

I've had this coverage for a couple of products. When a pair of Bose audio frames died just a week before the coverage was set to expire, Best Buy easily and painlessly replaced the frames with a gift card for my purchase amount.

Was the easiest thing ever the protection plan is worth it. My headphones stopped working and when i went all i had to do was say i want to do an exchange and it was done instantly and i was told if they didnt have it i could switch to any other headphones that were the same price u cant beat it

This is so much help. Came in handy when we needed the head band replaced

I believe this service is a must have when it comes to electronics etc. Yes, 29.99 seems like a bit when you're already purchasing something pricey but believe me in the long run you'll want to have it in the event your item breaks,quits working etc.

Excellent insurance plan. You never know what might happen. Good to have a easy back up plan to replace my purchase if anything happens.

Always good to have a backup to the warranty. Hope I don't need it.

Just the warranty I like getting it because I’m always scared of breaking my stuff and just having to get new ones

These headphones are top notch the sound quality is so crisp and the noise cancelation makes you forgot there is anyone around ,especially in busy areas !!

I really enjoy this, because of the product being fragile i am reluctant in havung them while i do physical activities, but with the protection plan i am able to recieve new ones if anything happens

You must get this, they will repair or replace it if it will go bad. Trust me, you never know with electronics when they will go bad and Bestbuy are there to cover you.

It's working out great so far, glad my items are protected, I ended up using it cause there was something wrong with the headphones due to manufacturer issues. It worth getting for sure

I always purchase the accidental Geek Squad protection plans for all my electronic , I have had to use it and it is as easy to same day going to the store , go to customer service , get approval and pick up a new item.

Fortunately, Samsung has not given me a reason to use it. My past experience has been positive!
