[Employee of bestbuy] I buy a protection plan for anything over $50 because it's just too good. Sure a couple extra dollars but your buying peace of mind. The manufacturer warranty is in the first year but best buy will handle it for you. After that they will repair the device much better than having to buy a new one

Best thing ever I didn’t think much of it when I added it for my little sisters earbuds but they were so fast and friendly when I had to return them cause the case wasn’t charging I had to get it again and I did.

Adding Geek Squad Protection is a smart move when purchasing expensive technology that can easily break. It is easy, and I add it to all of my purchases.

Whenever I have an issue they replace the headphones free so its awesome.

I always make sure that I grab the 2 year Geek Squad protection plan.

I like being able to have the option of just going to you guys for a quick replacement or refund on my product if something goes wrong. Instead of having to wait for my product in the mail through a manufacturer.

They will replace them even if I damage the headphones.

I had a problem with the first hearing aids and they changed them without any problem.

Added Security for all of our devices is a must have! I have used it a couple times and have been extremely happy with the ease of it!

So far im averaging just over a year with occasional use on earbuds, so the warranty has been worth it each time! This time they helped pay for my substantial upgrade from Sennheiser momentum 3s to momentum 4s.

Have not had to use 2 year protection for my skullcrusher headphones, Glad I bought it, these headphones have a habit of falling apart after about 1 year in previous experience with these headphones

It was for my nephew and he loves it so much he got in trouble for it at school he is not supposed to wear it at school in the hallway way he he does

Very good sound quality and can get the Bose app for specific custom sound outputs!

The sound quality and noise cancellation are excellent, but I personally don’t find these comfortable. They don’t stay in my ears during workouts and tend to fall out. After about two hours of wear, my ears start to hurt—not because of the sound, but from the fit itself. I wouldn’t buy them again.

My oldest son loves these headphones – in fact, I almost never see them without them on his head! Bluetooth range is great as his battery life and he says the sun is about as good as you can get for the price.
