Also called customer service and they left me on hold for an hour then they deliberately hung up on me refuse to connect me to a supervisor.

It was pretty cheap and a nice benefit added just for peace of mind! I don’t plan on losing or damaging my headphones, but does anybody? Haha

I have save 100's of dollars because of this. It is almost guaranteed sooner or later the warranty will be needed.
