A must have for any tech needs. Never know when you may break or have damage to your tech that is precious to you and this has long been worth every investment.

I got the protection plan for the Bose headphones since I use them so often! I feel secure knowing that if my expensive headphones damage, I can exchange them for another pair.

I'm always a fan of the geek squad protection. I've been able to replace my items well whenever they didn't work and were incapable of repair.

I like this ear bud but it only last me 1week because it fell inside snow and I couldn't find it.. I had insurance with it and I went back to the store to claim, I was told the insurance did not cover lost, it only cover damage and I am left with left side so I just drop it at home and I was mad that it was only used for few days out of 7 days. I will only give 4points.

When I purchased the Ear phones, I was told I would receive free Insurance coverage because of being a Total Tech customer.

The only reason I buy headphones from Best buy. I use mine daily and never make it 2 full years. It's nice knowing I can upgrade when need be.
