I LOvE this protection plan. I have used it in the past and is one of the big reasons why i buy things with best buy rather than other stores. No hassles, no questioning. Just simple exchange when necessary.

would recommend getting geek squad protection if you purchase wireless earbuds-all I have had to do when my earbuds stopped charging was to bring in old earbuds and they exchanged them for new pair

Sound clear, they stay in when working out. Only thing is sometimes the touch can sometimes be too sensitive.

This was a wise choice when after a year, the sound went out on the Beat head phones. After taking them back to the store, they were sent off and replaced with a new set.

Its worth getting protection. We bought another brand and didnt get protection so were out of luck when broke.

Had an issue with the power button. Walked into local Best Buy and walked out with new headphones in 10 minutes.
