Headphones are great! I love the bass adjusting!!!

I've had to use the accidental coverage twice, and both times I was treated very well. The first time I cracked my screen and it was repaired and sent back in about 3 days. The second time I got a new phone for free because the power button wasn't working, but I think that was my fault! I opted for the protection plan when I bought my Sony WF-1000XM4 last year. Recently, the battery began to fail, lasting no more than 30 minutes on a full charge. I took them to the store, and they promptly replaced them with the new WF-1000XM5. The entire experience was swift, and the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The all experience was really fast and personnel really helpful and friendly.

They did as they said. I had a product that needed to be replaced. So with their protection plan service. Also having the BestBuy membership program. Which I highly recommend. I returned the product that malfunctioned and got my refund.

The sound is clear and great bass comfortable in the ears

I always make sure that I grab the 2 year Geek Squad protection plan.

I bought the 2-Yr protection plan for my Jabra Elite 85T. I had it on my Sony WF-1000XM4 and I used it when I started getting battery issues. The coverage gave me an option for another pair or the value of them on gift card. If you're goona spend over $200 on a pair wireless earphones you should absolutely pay for the coverage because the few extra bucks for plan is far cheaper than having to replace the set. I would absolutely recommend this purchase.

These over the ear headphones are truly outstanding and the quality is insane.

I gifted this headphones to my 15 year old who enjoyed it so much. Sound quality is definitely better than Beats and Apple. In addition the the sound quality and excellent noise cancelling, he loves that it has an aux as he was able to use it in the plane. Highly recommended!

Incredible sound, better than the Airpods Pros 100%. The noise cancelling is superb and they fit much better in the ears. Also, the settings and control given for these earbuds gives you full control of the operation. And if you have a Pixel, you can use the earbuds to translate foreign conversations in real time! If you catch them on sale, they're an amazing value!

I came in with a issue with a router they said looked at it for 10 minutes and after it was determined to not be fixable I got a credit and picked out my new router.

On to my 4 pair of headphones with this protection plan. Stuff happens, and Music is a requirement of my sanity at work. Knowing I can take a broken pair of headphones into the store and walk out with a new pair in the box for 10% of the orginal cost. Some stores are not as friendly and stock issues are a thing. If you respectful and polite, they have actually upgraded my Headphones from SkullCandy Crushers to Crushers ANC at no additional cost to myself. (Over 150$ price difference at the time) Totally worth it.
