Never even open package and return didn’t work out for my work/ business.

Geek squad changed the coverage of the protection plan without alerting the customer. The plan used to cover include replacing the defective or malfunctioning item in store. Now it only will only cover repairs by the manufacturer. The item has to be sent out for 3rd party repair instead. Total waste of money since the manufacturer will handle repairs within the warranty period.

I've found that best buys insurance is one of the only extra insurance policies I get

At 1st I was very excited to make this purchase just so I can listen to the TV while my family sleeps but after 2 months the right side of the headphones is not working so I do not recommend this product unless you have the warranty

Like geek squad a lot I have in the past so go for it go out and uses them

I purchased my husband a pair of Samsung wireless earbuds that stopped working a month later. I bought the 2year protection plan as well. Its black friday and the same earbuds are $50 less than what i originally paid for them. Best Buy manager refused to give ne an in store credit for the difference and i had to purchase a bew $26. (2yr) protection plan.. what a scam. I will never buy anything from this horrible place again.. ONE ANGRY CUSTOMER!!! BEST BUY ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES

It didn’t last for so long. After 4 months, it started to crack & eventually broke on one side. The sound was ok though. So glad to have added the protection plan. I bought an upgraded model.

I can’t review something I never tried. So I’ll give average review.

2-year protection plan? More like scam plan. Went in last night to buy headphones and got the protection plan as well ( for safety reasons). Had an issue with them almost immediately after purchase and had to wait till today to get them replaced/fixed. Got told that I “used” the protection plan and that I’d need to repurchase the headphones AND the protection plan AGAIN. Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had at Best Buy.

Not the best sound. Not loud and not good for working out
