Need better assistance. It's connection to Geeksquad is the problem. Years ago they were serious about they products and back them but now its always the owners fault and they don't want to honor the contract. Bad plans

So i bought these headphones for 100. Got the 2 year protection plan. They broke. I brought them in to get a new pair. They are 150$ now. So they wanted to give me a instore credit for 150 then i would have to pay another 40$ for a protection plan. So if i use the 150 to get a new pair. I just wanted a new pair. That means i would pay another protection plan. So basically 40 for another pair. Something wrong here

Sound quality is terrible. They kept disconnecting and reconnecting to my IPHONE. The price is ridiculously expensive.

Not happy with the product AT ALL! The fit in my ear is uncomfortable and the sound is sub-par (compared to Galaxy Buds & Beats).

Sound quality was good but I had to return the product. Because it didn't stay in my ear.

so this is my 3rd set of headphones in less than 6 months and i've had to pay for the geek squad protection twice now and now i have $200 for the protection for the headphones plus the price of the headphones. they should cover them for the $99.99 for the 2 year coverage

This type of insurance, should start when the factory warranty ends.

Broke too easily where it extends. Cheaply made. Bought for my daughter for homeschool.Will take back.

Does not offer lost. Only offers enhanced warranty coverage. Do not purchase this insurance just go through the warranty if you have a hardware issure

A little disappointed that I wasn't told or reminded that I had the paid protection plan for my purchase.

I had purchased this insurance believing it covered the product for 1 or 2 years. It does not. I o ly allows your 1 replacement.

Do not know as of yet the quality of the warranty purchased as I havent used it however, if they are as bad as the equipment and the sales person that stated these earbuds were better than other brands at the store then the response would be its terrible, but again... havent had to use it yet.

Trash, right ear already went out ! Sounds like a mosquito in my right ear!

Can’t believe i paid this much money for this crap!! I love Bose products and hate apple AirPods so thought this would be the best choice, but they are such a pain to switch between devices. Additionally, I’ve only had them a few months and my left one keeps going out. It only works about 20% of the time. Luckily I purchased insurance, but I shouldn’t have to return a product this expensive so early on!

Great head phones, nice and comfortable and work for cancelling out some noise.

Was charged wrong price on warranty. The employee said there would be money put back on card.

I HOPE it works. These Sony service only lasts about 8 months

I think the sound quality is amazing. This is my second time purchasing this item. It was damaged, because I thought they were secure enough to wear in the rain. I suggest you warn people not to wear them in the rain.
