Can't get out to them, give em a call, they'll walk you through a diagnosis and more than likely, fix your issue over the phone

My headphones stopped working and when i went all i had to do was say i want to do an exchange and it was done instantly and i was told if they didnt have it i could switch to any other headphones that were the same price u cant beat it

I've had to return items in the past and they never make it an issue to replace or exchange item.

With that said, it is nice to know that I do have protection if I needed.

The fit is comfortable and the noise canceling works really well for in ear buds. Strong connection even when I'm outside and my phone is in the house.
