product surprised me with how well it worked. There are times when one earbud loses sound when I turn my head but otherwise I have had no problems.

Protection for these headphones is a must. Trust me. The battery will go out eventually. If it happens in two years.

Got these for my kid. She is on the autism spectrum and headphones that are noise reducing really help her out. The sound quality is great and although she doesn't use the bluetooth, she loves the headphones and the additional warranty is great!

Accidental Geek Squad protection is an absolute necessary. I have been trying out these headphones, and they just aren't comfortable. With this, I will be able to trade them out and get a new pair with just paying the difference.

Great to have just in case! I recently had some headphones stop working, and they simply were able to take them, refund me, and was able to shop around and find another pair, all in the same visit.

When I purchased the Ear phones, I was told I would receive free Insurance coverage because of being a Total Tech customer.

Couldn’t ask for anything better. The sound and the quality are worth what you pay for the item. But definitely recommend to anybody.
