    Haven't had to use the warranty on these but I'm the past I have and was glad to have it. Best Buy takes care of you

    This was a wise choice when after a year, the sound went out on the Beat head phones. After taking them back to the store, they were sent off and replaced with a new set.

    would recommend getting geek squad protection if you purchase wireless earbuds-all I have had to do when my earbuds stopped charging was to bring in old earbuds and they exchanged them for new pair
