You don't want this product. Until recently, the inbuilt microphone overrides play. Can't type and listen at the same time. It's infuriating and frustrating trying to hack the best way to override the mic.

It is what it is, its protection plan for my MX5 headphones

I lost one of my earbuds :( kinda sucks but are they covered with this plan

AWESOME Headset although was not for me.My son loves tis brand.

Purchased a protection plan with Open Run Shokz. Three different pair failed with same problem. Defective power button. Had to repurchase additional warranty each time I returned the defective units. Now on 4th pair. There will not ne another. Rediculous.

2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection- This is good to have!

Geek protection no more! You no longer get a prorated amount of your geek protection back when items fails-- Cost us $38 ro cover buds for just over a year-- glad i had it since the buds did a year long downward spiral... but its NOT the same program!!!

What good was this. What was it for? I do not remember why I had to purchase it!

Waste of money if you have a manufactures defect. Went in to see what I can do for my header that wasn’t holding an power. They told me that they would use the accidental and get me a new one. No longer getting this stupid warranty for future purchases. Waste of my money.

Horrible headset and sound was no good. Would not recommend this headset.

Don’t purchase the 2 year insurance. SkullCandy has a 2 year warranty to begin with, so I basically paid for insurance for zero reason. And the guy at checkout, which we asked several questions before purchasing the insurance, must have just started his job because he knew squat.

Still haven’t make a used of it but I’m sure I will at some point

so i'm on my 3rd set of headphones in less than 6 months when they go bad i have to pay 100 dollars to replace them

Were unable to connect to new TV. They seemed too fragile - will probably brake easily. The best buy sales person told me that they are not compatible, when I returned them. Wish I would have known before buying them. Waste of time...

The headphones are great. However my daughter is a special needs person and someone took her headset. I called best buy to ask if i purchase a new one would they transfer the 2 year warranty and they told me NO. we will not.

Left side stop charging only 2 months also always have to reconnect

I've purchased these multiple times each time one side goes out and there is no sound coming from the ear piece.
