    I'm so sad that the cable is a specialized charging cable that is so short. Why can't it be a common USB? Also, what is with a 2' charging cable? Now I have no options but to keep this nice headset on the floor next to the outlet. Maybe it can live by the toaster on the kitchen counter. -5 stars The sound, novelty and usability bring it to 2 stars.

    Wife got these for me for Christmas, and I maybe have used them for 40 hours before they stopped working. They will no longer stay paired with my phone, and I tried to work through their warranty process but they either take you back to their troubleshooting page or never respond. I only used them for flights, and since I have another one coming up I bought a pair of $40 Tozo earphones off of Amazon instead of continuing to try and get these repaired or replaced. The ease of use is 2 stars because you have to download and setup a profile to connect to your iphone.

    Dont ever order and wxpect Bestbuy to Shio the items to you. Definitely not in the time they stated. I order this and selected to have it shipped since it said it would arrive next day. Fro 2 days my Order has been stuck on "Packaging" and still hasnt left for delivery. I could have easily driven the 5 miles and picked it up but since they promised next day delivery i chose that option. Now 2 days later i dint have the order and I am afraid with their incompetence that Canceling the order and trying to pick it up would guarantee something gets messed up. I dont want to be charged twice or something. If they cant handle driving a package 5 miles in 2 days i dont trust them to refund me and get my order in store together.

    YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR I'm grateful that i purchased these on sale...$9.99.. but honestly the should remain at that price... I was disappointed when i first opened the package... nothing special , just your typical headphones.. these would come in handy for school kids....very happy i didn't buy 2 pair...Can't believe the raised the price tp $14 now...my sincere sympathies to the next purchaser of these headphones..

    Great in their first year but now having problems

    Completely enjoyed these for just over a year. Suddenly the right earbud began losing charge in roughly 2 hours - sometimes less. Going to try to contact Sony since I’ve been reading similar posts when looking for troubleshooting tip. If successful with a fix, I’ll change my recommendation.

    I hate to bash a great brand like JBL but here it goes. Mediocre buds. Cons: They won't stay in far enough to create the needed bass, therefore it's bad sound quality. After 30 minutes it's so VERY uncomfortable & painful, I have to remove them. Pro: The Bluetooth operation is very easy.

    Volume control does not work with Android 14

    Do not work with Android 14 Samsung devices. There is no way to change the volume, once you connect the earbuds. - sliding touch on earbuds do not work - BoseMusic app control for volume does not work - Phone hardware buttons cannot change volume - Android touch-screen software control for volume change does not work. It seems to be a known issue because I am facing the same issue with two of QC Ultra I have and the technical support team could not resolve it and suggested to send the earbuds back.. AVOID if you have an Android phone.

    Decent for two weeks..

    They sound great and last a long time. It’s not really worth it if it’s going to last barely a month. I used these daily for work and after two weeks one side of the bud got lower than the other one in volume so I threw them away. What’s the point if only one earbud is going to push out normal volume. I’ll spend more money next time. You get what you pay for.

    These worked great for 2 years and then the left ear piece stopped working. JLAB has a 2 year warranty so I wouldn't buy best buys. However, I wouldn't buy a JLAB product again since these didn't last.

    technically these maybe great, but the lack of controls makes them useless. the Bose customer tracking app does give slightly more controls, simple things like MUTE are not available. If I'm paying a premium price for something I expect basic functionality to be available

    If you buy an item on sale, don't even bother buying their warranty. It's a borderline scam. Once the sale is over, the item you have protected won't be replaced and you will just get store credit. Never buying again. Honestly better to just go with the manufacturer warrantee

    Stopped working after a month. One earbud stopped connecting to bluetooth, and the sound goes in and out on the other one

    The sound quality is good but that is it. These headphones have such an issue with connection that im ready to just toss them and get a different brand. I have never had this big of an issue with connection from any other brand.

    Ear plugs

    I ordered a set of bose ear plugs. And they were supposed to be delivered on wensday august 7 2024 and they were delayed. I would change the delivery company from fedex to some other carrier. I have always had major issues with fedex.

    Keeps falling out my ears while listening to music

    To be honest, I don’t like these headphones . I bough them to go out of town. However , it doesn’t fit well in my ears. Not sure if it’s the structure or if it’s too big , but when I am listening to music and walking , it keeps falling out my ears . I would not recommend to purchase it. It just doesn’t fit well in my ears .

    Bose Ultra Ear buds stink

    I love Bose products however, the Bose QuietComfort Ultra ear buds have to be the worst product Bose has ever come out with. They never stay connected, ever time you turn around you have to reconnect them. Very disappointed with these ear buds.

    Best Buy didn’t require a signature for my item left it and a random place not my home and refused to give me my money back or a replacement item theifs . If I could rate a 0 I would .almost 500 down the drain don’t order expensive things from them .
