i like how good my warranty is when i need to use it . its good to have my back when my purchase has a problem and needs help.

always buy protection plan mfg warranty is not so great and never covers if you drop your camera

I love the ease of mind when it comes to electronics. This is a good purchase as everything is covered and you know exactly where to go if there is a problem!

Geek squad stood by their policy of making sure the camera was working as it should after repairs. When it wasn't after 3 repair attempts , they replaced it!

Geek squad services are great they really care about your damage products or any other technological problems.

I would not by a expensive purchase without the additional piece of mind that i have some additional coverage.

Any time I buy a product at Best buy and I am able to get the insurance, I buy it. If the product breaks, i am protected.

I am usually against getting protection plans but due to it being for a camera, I felt for the money it would be good as camera's are great for being accident prone.

Having a protection plan for a camera is a good thing, especially as it includes an annual checkup and cleaning for the three years. Recommended.

Bought the protection plan for the Canon EOS camera we gave to our daughter for XMas. At 17 years old, anything could happen with her and this gives us some peace of mind.

Folk are not always educated on all the processes to get me the help in the past but will always do everything they can to get the help needed. Just takes a while..
