Warranties from best buy are always worth it. Seriously just buy the warranty

They are truly the best and was so quick to help me.

Every time I visit they are the biggest help to find what I need.

Recommend any Best Buy protection plan for any product over $150 that you cannot afford to just pay for to replace. Best Buy just does a great job of fixing (if they can), replacing with a brand new if they can't fix, or if they don't carry the product any longer, they will refund you the purchase price (minus the protection plan of course) so you are free to purchase a new product of your choosing! It is really a great, hassle free protection plan that we have had to use several times and each time is was this simple. We continually purchase the protection plan every time on anything we are not ready to be able to walk back in and purchase if anything breaks.

Would reccomend this to keep your purchase in great working condition.

I really like the Protection Plan from the Geek Squad. Bought this for a $1,300 camera lens. The Company's warranty was limited to manufacturing defects which really doesn't protect you from accidents. Four years is a good amount of time.

I recommend the Geek Squad warranty for anything having to do with electronics and camera's. I love that I get a cleaning every year for my Sony Digital Camera. Knowing my camera is updated and cleaned before vacation season is comforting and I know I will get the best performance possible. Also if my camera has an issue I can have it sent in and back usually within the week. I love the replacement security also of knowing that if my a camera cannot be fixed it will be replaced.

I hope they come through if I need it, but I've had good luck with Best Buy for many years now. My wife has had very good experiences with the Geek Squad protection.

You can never fully predict what may happen to your gear especially when you have little ones at home, or the occasional slip from your hand. it's not that expensive and Best buys are pretty much everywhere so bringing it in for a swap isn't an issue.

Lens was cheap and very good. Would buy again. Definitely enjoy how the pictures come out.

For the price of these devices, it is important to have protection. The protection comes at a great cost. You can never bet your newly purchased device and risk damage without adding the protection. Sense of security knowing that we are taken care of if anything were to happen.

Best Buy's Geek Squad Services are always great, and this protection is always a plus on these type of purchases because you never know if your item can break down, maybe from an accidental fall, water damage, etc. We just have to be patient with the Geek Squad members, as sometimes it make take a few days for your item to get fixed, seen, etc., as they get busy too, but for sure they always get the job done.

Good deal, you never know when you are gonna need it.
