Fixed my lab top I will always buy the protection plans for now On...Best Buy really follows thru and it’s really worth it to protect your protect.

Having 1-year Accidental Geek Squad Protection plan gives me peace of mind. I have it for my Asus Chromebook. I am very careful with my electronics but accidents do happen. Now I am covered.

Purchased this since the reason I needed a new laptop was due to accidental damage to my last laptop so it just feels good having this. Luckily haven't needed it just had a few questions and they were helpful.

I bought the 1yr Protection in case if anything happened to my com, but so far all good.

I buy protection plans for all of the products I buy from best buy. I have saved a lot of money on broken devices by utilizing the protection plans. I love how I can bring it back even if the damage/issue was my fault.

I only had to use the insurance once. When i used it, the service was user friendly and quick. From now on i get insurance on all my electronics.

The agent helped me set up my HP laptop with my copy machine wireless. Before I was using the USB cord know all I do is turn on the copy machine and click print from the HP Laptop.

Provide insurance for one year, for any damage that may occur.

Used it right away to get help with set up and get some questions answered. Very helpful and not rushed.

Warrenty is better than none ..in my way of work so at least its covered

I added the 1 year protection for my sons new laptop. It covers everything so that is exactly what we needed for coverage. Hope we don't have to use it but its nice to know there is coverage on it.

This his has to be the best thing ever! I had 2 laptops that needed attention and it didn’t cost me a dime. In store service or in home is absolutely the BEST!!

With having a teenager using her Chromebook at home and school anything can happen. Knowing that we have Geek Squad protection make us feel a lot better.

I haven’t used it yet, but I’m glad to know it’s there if I need it.

So far so good. There has been no need to utilize this product as of January 25th.

What does never leave the house without it gets why does it always something I purchase on every product

I have looked and looked to see what I have included with this but it doesn't show in y purchases even though I did and the site says so when I view it on the page to buy it. This is technically a subscription so it should be in that section to be able to find and use easily when needed not have to jump through hoops to locate I did give 3 stars for past experience being good. If I could just upgrade this subscription somehow without having to pay for a whole new one which starts the date of purchase meaning I will end up paying twice for this section of the service I want. But if something does break or even a drink spilled on it it really is covered so great for that.

Salesperson and Geek Squad personnel thoroughly explained the the benefits of the extended warranty. Appreciated the time they took to answer our questions.
