Excellent service especially if it is a laptop and a teenager uses it

Works for basic use not great for games…… Seems solid..

Bought a new laptop recently and wanted additional support in case of accidents. Haven't had a reason to use the service yet, but it's good to know I have it just in case.

Repair my childs computer quick.but didnt know it was just for q repair.it was for a 11 year old so she missed it up again and wasnt able to get it fixed.

I buy protection for anything over $100 and BestBuy offers a good price for 2 years. I don't ever have to worry about what will happen if my product stops working.

Have purchased before and it comes in handy! Will never purchase technology without!

Have this helps reassure me that if something happens I can’t get my computer fixed.

I have used them before. For the most part they are pretty good, but some of the people they send out to the house are rude and unfriendly.

The Associate at the store talked me into it and it was a great idea.

Not for nothing but the extra protection on anything you purchase is always worth it esp when you have kids

We always purchase GSP's on all of our electronics. It is rare that we have had to use it, but when we have they squad has always been very prompt to get us all taken care of :)
