Geek squad is my go to anytime there has been an issue with my devices. This service is always worth the money.

I got a laptop. The people there were wonderful and so helpful!

Accidently damaged the screen on my gaming laptop and had to send it in for repairs. Scheduling the appointment was not a big deal, my issue with the process was Best Buy not allowing me to ship my laptop to them directly (I currently live 4 hours away from the nearest best buy). I had to ship my laptop to a friend and have them take it to best buy for me, which was inconvenient.

This is for anyone who doubts the value of the accidental Geek Squad protection. I had my previous computer for a couple of years. I brought it to my daughter's house where I worked on a project at the dining room table. My granddaughter came by just as I was typing. She tripped on something and dumped a whole glass of liquid into my computer. Amid the shattered glass, and puddled floor, were her tears. But any tears I might have felt, never came to be , because Geek squad came through for me and when they couldn't fix it, they bought me a new one. Yay!!

Haven't used it yet but I know it'll come in handy! Customer service at Best buy is always excellent.

Long story short. I purchased an expensive gaming laptop that had is GPU go bad after 2 1/2 years and being that I had this coverage was able to get a full refund and was able to purchase an upgraded replacement. I had Geek squad determine the laptops GPU was indeed faulty and had a hassle-free refund within minutes. I was able to replce it that same day.

Well needed and incase of anything it's covered for 2 years great buy.

Worth the money, they are always helpful when I have questions. Also, the accident forgiveness and all possible solutions they offer is worth the money. It is 100% a good idea to get protection on items because you never know when something is going to break or crap out. I just bought a laptop and had the protection added, will never go without again.

Geek squad agent are always priority one. Never have had a bad experience yet. Thank you.

Peace of mind for laptop computer. This is the second protection plan i used.

I am very disappointed a true geek wears a plastic pocket protector. The geeks are true professionals in every respect if something needs to be done one of them jumps on it. I am hoping they are in full force this weekend I need a tune up as the microsoft software is not compatible with the Chrome app. nor does it print to the printer. Both Lap Top and Printer are Hewlett Packard and again I believe the problem is the microsoft software they put out unfinished software in hope that the customers will tell them how to correct the software. That's 5 stars for the Squad, 0 for Msoft. de

Should have opted for longer plan. My laptop fried almost exactly a year into having it and geek squad sent it off for repair and had it back to me before my finals were due!

Already used once before my 1st year was up. Best Buy took care of everything without any hassle.

Have not needed to use this product yet, but with all the things that can go wrong it is good to have protection on this product.

haven't had to use but like the idea that if something unexpected happens the laptop is covered!

Employees were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products inside. Although I did not find exactly what I wanted employees gave me several options and I felt like I walked away with a better understanding of the electronic components I was looking for
