As our homes and lives become more and more technical and the products we use become more complicated, it is impossible to remember all the settings and features of each piece of equipment. At times some of this equipment doesn't like to play well together. It is nice to have someone who can be called to help figure out and fix the problem. Worth the peace of mind!

The Geek Squad service provides a level of protection that I cannot imagine being without. Life's unexpected disasters, whether large or small, can be disruptive. Having the peace of mind of the Geek Squad protection I am not worried about having to make a replacement purchase for the next couple of years.

Haven’t had to use as yet, but glad to have this availability. Haven’t used very much as yet but, starting classes so expect to have questions & hopefully few, to no issues.

When my washer stopped working I called Geek Squad for help and was amazed to find out I had the 3year warranty. I had forgotten I purchased it. What a wonderful surprise. The rep told me he would send the arts directly to my home so they would be their for the repairman. My appointment was made for a week away—-all with just this 1call. The repairman was on time and efficient. My washer is working just fine now.

The 3 year accidental damage warranty is always a good idea. One of our laptops was accidentally destroyed when a drink was knocked into it. It was replaced at no cost with no questions.

I always love to have protection on my devices and this is a good deal

I’ll always opt in for warranties now! My boyfriend’s Alienware laptop was junked out due to an issue with the motherboard. We purchased a comprehensive 3-year warranty that gave us store credit and allowed us to get a brand new Alienware. Best decision I made. The agents I communicated with were all so helpful through the service process.

Went middle of the road on this rating because I haven’t used geek squad and I’m sure by the time I have a problem my year will be up anyways.

I’ve purchased this protection just in case something goes awry. Lo and behold I had to take my laptop in. I made an appointment online, although it was not as soon as I wanted it to be. However, when the time my appointment arrived, I was promptly received. The Geek Squad techs were professional, friendly, and informative.

The quality of this laptop is great. I was skeptical at first when purchasing but after using it, I must admit that it is above my expectations!! Affordable and reliable!!

Get the plan it’s a life saver sometimes. As person that spends thousands on items here!! Anything that you plan on using until the doors fall off get this. Stress reliever! Used this before on laptop wasn’t painful

Bought the plan for this computer as the last Lenovo packed up 17 days after I had bought it and had to replace it. Best Buy normally only allows returns during the first 14 days and said we would have to send the laptop back to Lenovo to have her fixed. Hope I don't have to use the service but have it if I do

I have not needed to utilize the geek squad folks yet for the most recently purchased laptop. However, I have utilized the geek squad for other issues in the past and have found the technical service to be very effective in financially worth purchasing the protection with electronics such as laptops, portable HDD’s, and portable tablets etc.

They’re Great! The Greek Squad installed my virus protection on my laptop. It was very difficult and they took control of my computer and got the job done!

Can’t go wrong with geek squad. Love that we can physically see someone, a little old school let me tell ya. Have had others like alstate and that make you ship it out. Geek squad is right here inside bestbuy and great with all gadgets. Thanks Best Buy, worth the purchase

i have not had any problems with the laptop as of yet.

This plan was a lifesaver when my laptop suddenly stopped working. I was able to get it replaced with a new one rather than wait a month for Lenovo to replace it. Geek Squad even took the time to get my files off of the hard drive of the broken computer.
