Awful experience. Was told by an agent that I would get a price match. Agent disconnected after I paid full price prior to the refund. Contacted BB after, told again the price match would be done. Someone later emailed me from bb saying that they would not price match after all. Order was never shipped and yet to get a refund.

Haven't had to use the protection for my son's new laptop, but if I had to, I know BestBuy and the Geek Squad would make it right. I've had the protection on several other items, and it has come in handy before. With my active son, it might come in handy so I added it to the new laptop!

I’ve always found the Geek Squad to be knowledgeable and approachable.

Never had any issues with using 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection. Have had the same coverage on other items and have used it successfully. Sometimes have to ask a few questions to get what you need, but most of the time very easy.

Bought this for a 2in1 HP laptop I got for my fiancé. I feel these coverage plans are always worth it with expensive electronics, especially with a touchscreen like the one we got. Hopefully we don’t ever have to use it, and I’ll be just fine with that.

I almost never buy the extended warranty on anything. I had a hunch on this laptop. 1.5 years later, this came in very handy when my poorly designed 2 in 1 laptop hinge locked up and destroyed the screen. The repair turnaround was about 1 week. Thanks Geek Squad!

I’m two years into the three year protection plan. The cord that came although my laptop continues to be extra sensitive and is being replaced a third time. It’s been worth the purchase.

Always get the warranty for large investments. You won't be sorry.

I guess they are experienced persons, but beside installing programs in my laptops, I never have been serviced by the Geed Squad

The 1 year Geek protection for the computer is good in case something happen within that time. I recommend to get to the protection for your computer.

I bought this protection on a just in case something happens, my sister has this aswell and i have seen how quickly they respond and are at yourt service., fixed her TV like new. I havent had to use it yet

Quality agents, who know their customers and products outstandingly well. But do wish they would install radios that weren’t specifically designed for the vehicle with some fabrication

If you buy a computer for a high school kid please please please get the protection plan. This saved my sons computer and the people at the Geek Squad are great at what they do and provided incredible customer support. If you do one thing after an electronic purchase (Computer, TV or phone) it should be to buy a protection plan.

Great having the Geek Squad there for any issues. I always think its best to get the protection plan on your items. Its well worth the money.

I have good experience with Geek Squad in the past. If you buy the complete coverage, including accidental damage, you are in good hands. They don't ask any questions as long as your device is "accidentally" damaged. This is cheaper and better than Dell's support. Except for Apple products, they sell Apple Care due to Apple's terms, I would buy Geek Squad over the manufacturer's.

Automatically comes with most of the computers that you buy. Haven’t had to use it yet but nice that they give you 2 years of helpful tech support

I haven't had the opportunity to use the Geed Squad, but I am glad to know that I have the option of using them should anything happen to my equipment while I am out on the road. I do a lot of travelling for work and anything can happen between transport to and from a hotel room or using the laptop within the truck
