Love my computer and the manager at geek squad was super helpful! Another employee had failed to send my computer in to be fixed but manager Austin took care of me like family!

Piece of mind!! Priceless! I won’t ever buy another laptop, PC without this service. Haven’t needed to use it but know I’m only a phone call a way and the coverage is to fix it or replace it. This is very much worth it, because it is likely that your machine will get broken by your niece and then you wont be out of pocket for a new one.

I thankfully haven't had to use the Geek Squad for my products as they have held up very well. However, I like the comfort of knowing I can bring my devices to the Geek squad.

I have had them look at two laptops so far. They were able to solve problems on one. Very quick service and I was satisfied. The other one had broken hardware too bad to fix. I plan to take another system for checkup and to optimize the software. I am confident they will do a good job.

It's a great help especially for someone like me who knows little about technology. A great help for when a laptop or other devices need a bit of technical help to work properly.
