I may not always use them but it is great to know that they are there. I asked them a few questions in the store before I purchased my computer and so far everything they told me has been very instrumental in me being able to use my computer without any problems. If I do run into any issue, I can be confident that they will be there to assist me and end my concerns.

We had to use this within the first few weeks because the laptop cover, we bought along with it, damaged the screen! (The canvas straps got caught in the laptop when it was shut.) I definitely recommend buying Geek Squad Protection. We bought the 3 year plan, and with two kiddos, it sure brings peace of mind!

Safe option if you are a clumsy person like me. I just got my computer and thankfully no accidents have happened. Though I know if something does I'll have this warranty to relay on just in case.

I haven't had to use this service for this device. I have however had to use them in the past & they are excellent. They are more than helpful, very polite, professional and get the job done. They have helped me several times with very different problems & are the best.

Have not used yet. Heard they were really helpful. My dad used them all the time and they were always considerate of his age of 90 at the time.

I'll hopefully won't have to use it anytime soon, but they were always very helpful in the past and did what they could to solve our problem(s).

I love these Geek Squad protection plans! While I have not needed it for my recent laptop purchase, I used it when I had to replace my 50-inch" plasma TV. No quibble return and I was able to replace my old TV with a newer and larger model. This is definitely a good plan for the more expensive purchases.

The Geek Squad person spent way more time than allotted helping to setup my new CoPilot Plus PC. Great Job.

We have boughten enough of the warranties from best buy to know that they are great.

Great little computer! It's actually faster thsn my HP. Pair it with a wireless keyboard & mouse & was GOOD TO GO! It's lightweight makes it easy to grab & go, I've even used while traveling in a car & was comfortable ising it! Great buy!

This is the best you can do for your buy. They respond quickly. If the can fix it the will. If not the will do a store credit if the item is not available.

Whenever you buy a laptop, getting an extended warranty is a must. You're moving this expensive piece of equipment around and anything can happen. I've had to bring my laptop in twice, and twice Geek Squad had fixed my machine efficiently and effectively. Really glad I purchased it, will absolutely do it again.

Thankful for this amazing service! It helped when my son thought his files / docs were lost and these guys were able to help navigate and recover what we were certain was long gone!
