I'll hopefully won't have to use it anytime soon, but they were always very helpful in the past and did what they could to solve our problem(s).

Robert of the geek squad unlocked my Microsoft account for me. Afterwards I asked about purchasing insurance for my new computer, and he got on that right away. I then got a discount for being a geek squad member. Robert did an excellent job managing the others waiting for their appointments.

We purchased this for my daughter's computer last summer. As Murphy would have it, she spilled water in her keyboard and the computer kept shutting down without warning. After checking it out, Geek Squad replaced the laptop. That sold me on the gamble that something could go wrong and the machine could be seriously damaged.

Haven't had to use the Geek Squad services on the new laptop but have always been satisfied with the quality of the team's work in the past. Purchasing the extended warranty was a no-brainer given the exceptional price of the HP laptop.

love the 2 yr protection. Made it easy to take in computer for two specific issues and get them solved Previous computer crashed and was able to exchange its purchase price toward my current computer

Haven’t used it so I’m not sure about it. I a cheapskate so the price is why I gave it 4 stars. Haha

I don't usually purchase extended warranties, but in this case I thought it was wise for the peace of mind. My old laptop fell off the table and the touch screen was smashed. So when I bought the replacement laptop I wanted to be sure that I would be covered if something like that would happen again.

Honestly, this is the first time ever I can say that an extra warranty service plan was worth every penny! Thanks Geek squad for getting my my laptop baby back to working.

Granddaughter still in High school with crazy kids that like to have fun. Bought accidental protection just in case the chrome book was the target of fun.

If there is anything I have learned about technology is that you need insurance, this is a great solution for PR.

I use the Geek Squad for everything. They mounted my TV (without any wires or cables exposed (all in the wall) and connected it to all my devices. I also use them every 3 to 4 months to clean my computer and make sure that it runs to its full capacity. I don't know what I would do without the Geek Squad. I highly recommend this Protection!

Havnt need it for this product but have in the past and its worth every penny.

I ordered a laptop on Mothers day for my wife The staff was varry helpful on picking the right laptop for her needs.

It's a great help especially for someone like me who knows little about technology. A great help for when a laptop or other devices need a bit of technical help to work properly.

They didn’t want to replace the screen because of it being an older version. I had so many things on there and I’m not even sure anything was backed up. :(

Absolutely love the Geek Squad service. We've always used this service with some of the items we've purchased (tv/sound bar install, Arlo camera install and trouble-shooting, laptop trouble-shooting. Well worth the cost. Would always ensure we have Geek Squad protection for some of the more expensive electronics.

The geek squad was very polite and professional and made it easy to follow instructions for what I needed. I was having a hard time downloading the antivirus and they gave me step by step how to do it.

Not really sure never had a chance to even download it.
