It truly depends on my purchase on whether I buy the service plan. Whatever it is though, Geek squad members are pretty good with their assistance.

I always wondered about the Squad. This time, I was pressed for time and needed my new laptop set up fast. They did it overnight and it saved me hours of problems. Then when I had another glich, they fixed it right away. The added feature that they will service all my computers is a wonderful bonus. I am sold on them.

This was a great thing to get. We had some trouble with charging the computer we purchased and with the protection plan we didn’t spend a penny on getting it fixed.

I bought the accidental geek squad protection because I feel that it is very important to buy a protection plan. Anytime that I purchase an electronic I like to feel secure and without any worry. They have the best protection and they are reliable.

This plan is so affordable. I have not had to use it , so that’s a plus.

My daughter's laptop was accidentally damaged. Since Geek Squad could not repair it, they refunded the original purchase price. That, in turn, allowed me to purchase another laptop for my daughter.

I purchased this for my daughters dell laptop. I feel it's crucial to have this on not only this new laptop but on all purchased electronics, furniture, vehicles, tools, etc. I couldn't let my daughters laptop fall victim to a virus or an accident or something and her loose everything for school!!!

Bought Geek Squad protection for a new computer. Why wouldn’t I? Geek Squad stands behind their work and accepts that accidents (life) happen too, not just manufacturer issues after purchase. Have protected my Best Buy purchases for years with Geek Squad and don’t regret it.

They fix it if it’s broken, but takes a while to come back and the shipping is bad and the box was heavily damaged

Bought for my Sister, as she got her 1st computer and as I do not want to be answering a gizzioln questions, or have to go over and fix things that she might screw up, this is peace and assurance in a program. Just wish there were more Geeks so they could handle issues quicker. The staff are great, professional, and always precise and accurate in there communication.
