Having the kind of protection this plan offers is great insurance following the purchase of a high priced delicate piece of technology such as a computer or laptop or tablet. We have not yet had to use the plan, but when we do it is a good feeling to know we are covered.

I don’t know how I got along before purchasing the Total Tech Plan. There is no problem too big or too small for them. They have fixed a faulty computer, initiated a new computer, fuxed our at-home appliances, and given us great advice every time.

The 3 year protection plan was just what I was looking for. I wanted the ease of mind and worry-free plan to go with my laptop.

I love the extended protection offered by Best Buy. I get it every time I buy a laptop. Every time I've had to use it, Geek Squad has been wonderful and repaired every issue. It's paid for itself!

I have been very satisfied with Geek Squad Protection! It was the best protection imaginable when my daughter's expensive laptop turned out to be a lemon and they fully replaced it! Will always purchase it for technical items and appliances!

I have not used my accidental protection yet. I figure if I have any device issues I will.

I love Geek squad, one time they came to my house to help my mom fix her computer and the guy ended up playing a really good game of Halo 3 with me after helping her .

I would recommend purchasing a protection plan when offered. You never know when issues will arise and it does save you money. I purchased the plan for my laptop and it saved me from having to buy another power cord.

I always get the Best Buy warranty for expensive purchases. They honor what they say they are going to cover and as a matter of fact there have been quite a few instances that I had my products replaced with a NEW product instead of repairs (easier to replace than repair).

Purchased this to cover my laptop. I broke the one I had previously and used this protection it allowed me to purchase another one covering the cost of a the previous device. I had to cover the price difference of the new device. Very worth getting

I was leary to spend the extra money but it was so worth it!! Within 2 months of having my computer I accidentally dropped it and cracked the screen. My warranty allowed me to have my old computer replaced with a brand new computer with no additional charge!!

Hey, what's a purchase at Best Buy with out getting Geek Squad service plan. You cant go wrong when purchasing the plan. Their there for you. Trust me you'll have questions and accidents do happen
