Felt like I received great customer service, attention and knowledge from the representative that assisted me. Don't call during off hours or you might get routed to a call center in the Phillipines. The state-side technicians are worth their weight in gold.

When I made an appointment at the Mesa store. The gentleman assisted me in transferring documents from my older Dell to the new Dell and worked smoothly.

When I first got my computer, I contacted Geek Squad because I had some questions about it. They were extremely helpful and tried their best to assist me with my needs.

Always good to know I have the Geek Squad Protection Plan just in case problems occur. It's worth paying the extra versus taking the chance of something happening and having to buy new versus it being fixed.

When my laptop had some issues, I could just return it get a better one with paying the difference. The first branch I visit did not honor this warranty, so I had to visit another one. It’s worth it but there could be some branches which try not to honor this.

I always buy the 3 year accidental damage warranty. I've been buying computers for 3 teenagers, and let me tell you, accidents happen.

The agents did everything when I bought my laptop for college. They still take good care of my baby as I progress towards graduation. If you spend all that money investing in your gear, why not invest in the maintenance?

We did not need to use these services for this product, but I have had to use the Geek Squad services before. They have always taken care of my needs and I will not have a major purchase without it. So far the money I have spent has saved me a bunch of money. The only negative is during the pandemic getting service with out waiting a lot of time has been difficult. Also it is very difficult to schedule any time without waiting 1 week or longer. If you need help now it is almost unheard of. So this has been a problem.

This protections gives me comfort in knowing that I can make one phone call and take my product in for service. I do not want to worry about not having it when I need it; so, I bought this service to ensure that I can get it back up and running.
