Have not had to use this one, yet but for other computers and products, I have. Geek Squad has handled some complex and simple issues with no hassle and of course, no charge.

The agents mounted my TV and connectedit to all my devices. Geek Squad remote support helped get my computer working again after it got a virus

I purchased the 3-year warranty on a laptop. The display started doing some odd things. Since it didn’t do it for them they said they weren’t sure what it was. Apparently if I had paid for their membership they would have run diagnostics for free. If there turns out to be an issue with the display or the graphics card, they do not fix it in house. They would have to ship it off and it could take weeks to get back. I should have purchased the manufacturers extended warranty instead.

So I only get the geek squad protection for items that cost a good amount because the times I have had to used, they have been great not much hassle like other places.

The Geek squad protection is such a good deal. One time of a big virus, or a spill and it's paid for by getting the protection. They had it fixed in a day and a half ! Good deal :)

These squats pretty good. But one time I sent my laptop in and an arrow key fell off. They put in the space bar correctly, but the backlights were broken by the end of it, and the arrow up key fell off.

getting accidental coverage for anything is a must! more so for electronics & pricey items, but it’s worth the extra!

why would anyone NOT TAKE THIS, they are great, they always fix everything.

Geek Squad Protection is a must buy! Its like car or life insurance! You might not have to use it but you should purchase it!

Good deal this is just one of those cases if you really needed it or not.

You will never know until you have this technical support they will work and fixed your problems with your electronics

I bougt the extended 3 year protection plan for y HP Envy 16 gb . Its great to have peace of mind!
