    Haven't had to use it for my new computer. My son's iPad has been serviced by geeks squad in the past and we've always been satisfied.

    Not much to say except that the extra $150 or so, is probably worth it on a $1000 laptop. Glad I never had to use it and it gave me a little peace of mind knowing I could replace the laptop.
