My husband bought his first laptop, and wanted protection that he wouldn't need to worry about very much. Best Buy's Geek Squad had a very good reputation. The Best Buy is two miles from the house, and he wanted to make certain he could get help if I wasn't home. He hasn't used the repair function of the warranty protection, However, the Geek Squad team has answered his questions when they aren't too busy.

I love best buy warranties. There are no hidden fine lines and they commit to what they say. Awesome store to shop at.

What can I say? Get the warranty it’s better to have it then not need it then to need it and not have it.
