Even though I haven't needed to ask anything of the Geek Squad yet it's nice to know they are there and ready to help me if and when I need them!

I hope i dont have to use it. i have bought geek squad plans in the past. sometimes the staff at BB are good to deal with and sometimes not so much.

Purchased with a laptop for my son. Service has been used to repair a screen damaged so well worth the cost.

Honestly I have not used this but when I do or if I do I know it will get fixed because they got my back

I have NO idea if the anti virus protection is installed on my lap top like they said they were doing. It doesn't ever tell me that a check was done and I don't even remember what the program is called. I was not impressed with them "pushing" this whole program on me to buy for about $300. It was total tech support but no one can understand English when you get on the phone and you wait forever so it's pointless.

Works excellent - no issues whatsoever. High quality product that I Would recommend to anyone who has purchased a high Dollar piece of hardware

This product is a must for anyone who want to protect your workstation. If you made an investment, buy it!

Geek Squad is known to resolve any issues that may present. It is smart to have this additional protection.

Just got it, haven't needed yet, but I hope it's real good help and protection when my laptop gets wonky!

It's two years of protection that hopefully will not be needed. If it is used, I'll report back here to review what/when/how and if it's indeed a good value.
