This is the first time I've sprung for the protection plan. I've heard good things from other users.

I have not used it yet but very convenient to ve available when i need it.

I have to know the Geek Squad has my back. I do not always know how to fix things in this big old crazy world. Just knowing the squad is around, I feel much safer, and sleep better at night.

Best Buy Geek Squad protection is expensive. However, they do honor the protection and are willing to replace the broken device if they cannot fix it.
