Definitely worth the money in case anything ever goes wrong.

I highly recommend that you get extra protection from Geek Squad/Best Buy for your electronics and computers including tablets. You never know what may come about with your electronics and computers and tablets. This particular protection plan is just what I needed because I had a laptop that went bad after 3 months of purchase date. They took the quality time to fix it and I saved big bucks. Don't take it for granted I highly recommend that everyone have a protection plan. Geek Squad agent is awesome and helped me throughout the repair process.

The agent went to my house and check my house tv that was broken good thing a purchase the 5 year warranty and because it’s been discontinued already and they don’t have parts for it they gave me a store credit same amount that I purchased the tv and got me a big one instead thank you geek squad

They replaced the computer after it failed in 6 weeks. That took a week (during which my daughter had no school computer). Then when checking out with the new computer I was asked if I wanted a repair plan. I responded that I had already paid for a four year repair plan. I was told that once a repair or replacement occurs the four year plan has been used and needs to be purchased again. So, buyer beware. A four year plan is only good till your computer breaks (even if it is the day after purchase), after which it is null and void.

Always worth getting especially if you not tech savy they also come to your home. Helped a lot when mom used, I don’t like how scammer use geek squad to gain access to people computer and hold for ransom.

We have not needed to use Geek Squad but it is nice having the comfort of knowing it is available

My MSI laptop had a major problem with the fan. It was constantly overheating and the fan was unusually loud. Took it to Geek Squad and walked right out with a laptop working like it’s brand new!

Fortunately my son hasn’t had to use the geek squad for this laptop. Rather be safe than sorry for not adding this extra warranty!

Absolutely worth purchasing the extended warranty. I have had my laptop for about two months, and my cat accidently jumped onto the screen, cracking it. Took it in to get it fixed and replaced within a week and a half. Great turnaround time and they kept me informed the entire time from shipping out, waiting for new screen, and shipping it back to the store for pickup.

For any expensive laptop, this is worth the money because it protects against anything almost.

MY DISHWASHER BROKE...BOUGHT IT FROM BESTBUY ALONG WITH THIS EXTENDED WARRANTY....I ONLY HAD 10 DAYS LEFT ON MY 4YR PLAN...CALLED THEM UP...THEY HAD A REPAIRGUY OUT TO MY HOUSE WITHIN 2 DAYS...THEY UNISTALLED DISHWASHER,REPLACED THE PUMP ASSEMBLY,AND RE-INSTALLED IT FREE OF CHARGE...AWESOME

I absolutely love this laptop! It works so much faster than my Dell and I will be going with HP from now on. I also like the touchscreen. Unfortunately, i just dropped water on it so Geeksquad to the rescue!

My new gaming laptop (very expensive) was not working well. Just happened to get the one that had issues, luckily we got the protection on it. After taking it in and Geek Squad did a great job fixing it, it still was having issues in other places. They happily replaced it with a new one and we haven’t had issues since. They were extremely nice and friendly! I know there are times when I have brought items back to other companies and they make you feel as though you are trying to steal from them... I definitely didn’t feel this way with Geek Squad! Thank you!

I always feel protected knowing that I have a warranty with Geek Squad. Makes me feel better knowing I have skilled & very professional people ready to fix anything that may go wrong with my laptop. Helps give you a piece of mind just knowing that they are there to help. Highly recommend!

Worth the money, they are always helpful when I have questions. Also, the accident forgiveness and all possible solutions they offer is worth the money. It is 100% a good idea to get protection on items because you never know when something is going to break or crap out. I literally break everything

Great product for anybody who spends money on expensive electronic devices, knowing they can mess up at any time. I would recommend 10/10, I understand it may be out of the budget for some but its worth it to protect your devices when your electronics fail or you make a mistake.

I purchased Geek Squad Protection with my computer in 2019, I was hesitant because I always feel like I lose money when I get protection plans. Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago, I opened my laptop and the screen was spiderwebbed. I use my computer for school so it had to be fixed. I had anticipated having to pay something for the repair. I was charged nothing and told it was covered. Was a quick, friendly check-in and was emailed a link to watch the progress. I’m so glad I added it and I won’t second guess it again.
