Waste of money its takes them a month to fix a computer

This product was credited as I bought another computer; therefore, I cannot review.

very disappointed. did not have camera so unable to use. kids not happy

haven't used it but it's good to have as just in case, hopefully its not like a store scam where you get the protection but have to pay for a whole other computer
