I have found the laptop to be fast and responsive, but one should expect that out of this generation of Ryzen 7 processor. I have always been impressed by Lenovo products. They may not have all of the bells and whistles as other brands, but they are dependable workhorses, a nd in the end, that is truly what I want from a laptop. I will give a demerit to the Geek Squad though. I purchased an open box item that was supposed to be restored to factory settings. It was not restored with a network adapter driver which makes setting Windows 11 up difficult. Fortunately, I am a geek and had a usb-c to RJ45 connecter adaptor. On the plus side though, it did not have all of the bloat ware.

Its always good to know that we have an insurance policy in place for the just in case things

I'm a little clumsy so it was a must that I got warranty. I have a grandson that loves anything that has buttons.

They are very kind and every time I go or have a problem, they attend to me quickly and solve my problems.

Always purchase. Learned the hard way. Protecting one's device is liken to self care. You wont have the headache later.

Very good laptop for daily use. Fast performance, bright display and smooth multitasking. Battery life is decent and build quality feels solid. Happy with the purchase!
