my computer unfortunately had some fan issues but i took it to geek sqaud and got it fixed took a while but job well done

Bestbuy has the best customer service in the industry when it comes to replacement. Everything I buy, except movies, I get the extended plan. I've had to use it a few times with no Questions asked. MONEY WELL SPENT.

I haven't had to use this yet but years ago when I did, it was great.

This has saved me many times as I and not super tech capable. I've made simple mistakes, and needed help figuring out anything at all, the geek squad is very patient and helpful. Best part is they actually try to teach me instead of making fun of me

If you have a kid? It's worth it! Reassurance that there is some protection.

Having Geek Squad protection is a good ba kup to the manufacturers warranty. It gives me peace of mind in case I need assistance with my product & having a live person to talk to, & come out if needed is great.

Geek squad service protection is so worth the money. My laptop could not be repaired so my laptop purchase price was fully refunded.

I decided to go ahead and purchase this for safety reasons. Didn’t know if I should with the cheap laptop. I hope it came or will come handy one day... may have to get longer plan later ??!!??

We had this service and when we had questions they were so helpful on the phone to help us fix any issue we might of had or did not know how to do something properly without having to go to the store

It is good in case you need help. I didn't need the support so far but I am relaxed. Just in case.

The peace of mind alone is worth the money, but having these guys able to fix your brand new laptop that your 3 year old is most definitely going to ruin somehow is what really kicks in the savings
