    Always use the protection pricing plans offered. I truly have never had to use it but once. I have however needed it and forgot to purchase it and that sucked.

    The young men in Rosenburg and exceptionally competent and patient. Took computers in to migrate data from one to the other. They had it done that day.

    I recommend always buying the Geek Squad protection just in case. The manufacturer warranty only covers defects and this protection covers everything unless I take it for a swim. It is well worth the cost.

    The people in lynchburg are straight forward with you. if they know they can do it but also know it will cost you way more then the computer is worth, they will tell you and recommend someplace.
