We made an appointment to take our new laptop and tower in for Geek squad to do the set up. When I received a call that it was ready I asked the gentleman on the phone if we would be instructed on how to use it when we picked it up. When my wife arrived she was told that due to Covid they would not be able to help her. But the service was at no charge
