Having bought this with a replacement laptop for my daughter it was inexpensive insurance against catastrophe should a problem arise while she was getting used to the new equipment. I was impressed by the knowledge and help provided at the purchase of the new laptop by the Geek Squad tech’s and felt this would be really good as added protection should she need help with it during the learning curve.

I buy this “just in case”, Never really thinking I would use it. But accidents happen in this year my cord got caught on a cabinet knob and yanked my laptop out of my hands and cracked the corner of my laptop. They could fix it and I was so surprised when I got a check for the whole amount.

Geek squad is very good to use for ur protection on ur computer

I need a warranty and never get an item without it. The only gripe I have is that if your device isn't able to fixed you don't get reimbursed for the payment plan, just the cost of the item.

Geek squad protection is totally worth it!! Used it within the first 2 weeks when my screen got a bad crack in it and stopped working... was super convenient and practically fool proof process!

This is a guarantee I always try to purchase if it makes sense with the item replacement cost. It took me two failed Chromebook to realize that with items that tend to break easily adding a Geek Squad guarantee will give you peace of mind. Because it is very likely that electronics will malfunction before we are ready for an upgrade.

The geek squad at cascade store in Portland are helpful and excellent in providing service. One of these plans was able to replace a broken screen on brand new computer, this saved me over 350.00 and was invaluable!! I would recommend this to anyone who has kids, knows kids, or is a fumble bunny like me. Cheers and Thanks Cascade Station Geek Squad members for all your professional and organized efforts!!

Even though I couldn’t get my laptop to work I appreciate the geek squad for being straight up I’d end up doorway too much to repair it eas better to replace

I can keep this short and sweet. If you buy any tech items, and you are plagued with bad luck and want a piece of mind, buy this. The one time you ever have to use it you'll be happy. Not buying it is like the old saying goes "stepping over dollars to pick up pennies".

I have had the computer for less then three months and the battery just depletes on Overwatch alone, cant even last one match without plugging it in so now i was able to get it all fixed and squarwd aqay !0

I know geek squad service to be perfect that is why I got this for one of my computer last year. I am happy that so far I haven't had to need to get my warranty out but I know it works. That's why I insisted on paying the extra money for the protection right then and there that was no questions asked.

Love Geek squad protection plan. Great price and great service. I have a kiddo that is hard on her electronics so accidental protection plan give me peace of mind when buy her new electronics..

Haven’t had the chance to use it and hopefully will not have to. But I’ve had accidental protection for other devices and I always feel confident when I have this as added protection. Personally I feel it’s well worth the money if you made a big purchase.

It gives me comfort knowing that this protection is available.

Haven't had to use the protection for my son's new laptop, but if I had to, I know BestBuy and the Geek Squad would make it right. I've had the protection on several other items, and it has come in handy before. With my active son, it might come in handy so I added it to the new laptop!
