This purchase was a good one and easy to decide. I was able to look and see wht i was buying after all my researching

We have geek squad protection on all of our electronics. My wife's laptop stopped working when some water got in it in the kitchen. The geeks fixed it. We had a lightning strike that burned out the hdmi port on our TV (don't know why that happened). The Geeks fixed it.

The Geek Squad protection plan is great. So far, I have not had to use it, but it is good knowing that I have it just in case. I keep my laptop at home, but if it ever got dropped and broken, I would definitely need the protection plan!

Happy I purchased this because sometimes things happen and it’s unexpected and money can be tight. The protection keeps this from happening.

After 1 year and 3 moths of buying my laptop, screen failed. I take it to the Geek squad and they solved the problem. It was covered by the warranty.

Love my laptop. Color and weight is awesome. I have had this laptop before and ky new onejis much better and up to date. HP is great and pirce was affordable.

Please but the warranty! Between lightning hitting my house and just stuff stopping working it’s well worth the extra money! Every time something happened Best Buy was good to me and replaced my items.

Geeck squad is a must have when you have such expensive products that you never know when somthing might spill orthey might fall off the couch. Trust me i know. LoL

They really knew what they were talking about and because I bought the 1 yr protection, when I took my computer to them to be inspected it was free.

So far I haven't had to contact the geek squad yet. I have used the geek squad in the past and they were always proficient and communicated so I could understand.

Get your three-year protection specially for any mishaps that could happen when you’re gaming. I recommend getting it because all that money you spend and you have a problem or he happens area control you’ll need it.

ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS BUY THE PROTECTION PLANS AT BEST BUY!!!!! ESPECIALLY the accidental damage plans! It is a no brainer to pay a few extra dollars and protect your investment against defects, drops, spills and just plain old bad luck! And Best Buy makes it super easy!

This is a for sure must when buying electronics, if anything happens to item they help get it fixed!

Geek squad employees are very professional and knowledgeable about issues I was having with my computer.

Don't think about it...just get it. You may not need it. Hope you don't, But if you do... Plus, Best Buy will give you your original purchase price as credit towards something else if you change your mind a couple months down the road. Amazing! Highly recommend.
