I’ve used the a Geek Squaq for over a decade - for many devices. I’ve always been very satisfied with their service.

I bought my new computer and took it to them to have them set it up. They were very professional and very efficient.

I think that for the price that I paid for Geek Squad, it is not worth it. I would prefer to have a plan that allows customers to replace items with newer items. Especially for the product a customer pays for. Overall accidental protection is great but is not really used for those who are very careful with their items

It works great on my devices i like it so far cant wait to see wat new features come next

I originally ordered this laptop online and it came broken so I took it to the store and they fixed it for me!

It was to give for my mom's business. And she loves that it's easy to handle.

I decided to protect my device with GS. So far I have not need them, butI like to have a plan B for my laptop.

I was fortunate enough to not have to use this but it sure was a great peace of mind to have it in case something did happen.

I guess I haven’t had to use the Geek squad protection yet. But I’m sure it will come in handy.

You can’t go wrong with buying protection plan ,,they have very good customer support and knowledge

Always protect my purchases..Bestbuy has the best protection program as we as replacement.

They really do everything to help with the problem you have. Im so glad I decided to put protection on my pc.
