I love how best buy has geek squad not just apple care and it has it for an amazing price

Once upon a time, this service was worry free but now it is beyond confusing. I will get bombarded by security software updates needed and then when I try to download from my membership site on mybestbuy, the codes are expired. Nothing works. Overall having been a member for over a decade, I deserve a better service and support.

This is awesome and they keep their word. Had a problem took it in, they fixed it even sooner then expected.

I have been a Best Buy member for a while, and i would expect less for the poan protection

When ever I had a problem with anything that I purchased, the Gerk Squad was able to rthe issue. issue.

I feel safe to use this where ever with the accident protection.

I like the upsell on the service and since I am always on the go, it's comforting to have protection.

I like that Best Buy allows you to buy protection plans. They do a good job when something goes wrong.
