Needed help with my computer and the staff was quick and reliable

Had a problem with my new laptop. I took the laptop in. The tech explained I had shut down during an update and it could not complete the operation causing the unit to not turn on properly. The update was running in the background, and I was unaware the update was running. had only had the laptop for a few hours when this happened. They scheduled a Tech Appointment immediately. the appointment only took a few minutes, was totally painless. And the Tech resolved my problem right there.

Protection at my fingertips, Geek Squad assisted with "set up", very professional and kind.

I wasn't very tech savvy at the time of purchase. I went in for help with the Geek squad because I couldn't figure out why the keyboard and mouse wouldn't work lol. It was a quick fix by just putting the batteries in (I felt so dumb lol)... anywho, Thanks so much Geek Squad!

Like any type of insurance, you only get your money's worth if your product actually breaks and you need to use it. In my case, my laptop did break and they fixed everything for free. Had I not had the service plan, it would have probably been too expensive to bother fixing at all. Very glad I had it.

We service was fine. Laptop was sent out took a couple of weeks to repair.

In the past my laptop was damaged and there was nothing I could do. I knew that I needed to add geek squad protection this time. They have great customer service and someone is always able to give me an answer I am looking for in order to solve my solution.

Geek Squad has always been extremely helpful and friendly. They don't make me feel dumb when helping me with things that I'm sure are simple to them and that's appreciated.

It is an excellent laptop and has excellent service. The laptop was delivered quickly and with due care. The staff was also very supportive and careful.

Always good to have extra insurance on electronics. But overall is a great laptop. Love it

The Geek Squad Guys are Awesome. They can fix everything!!! These guys are knowledgeable, patient and communicate with you a level you can understand. I have used them numerous times and each time the service was superb. You can asked them anything and they will respond to your needs of fixing your problem (s). Best Protection you can purchase for 2 years. If you have a computer you will be happy you have the protection for it. Get it and use it!!! Recommend it.

I bought this for the sole purpose of completing my school assignments with the added benefit of using it as a tablet. It does a great job at it and has helped me reduce the weight of my backpack by a lot as well.

Necessary for item I purchased a. It is a complementary item to help avoid unnecessary anguish if item is dammaged.

So far, I haven't use it yet, but it's good to have just if case something happens
