Haven’t had to use it yet but I’m not worried if I do great protection

Geek squad protection is great just in case something bad happens.

Didn't have to utilize the technician the plug-n-play feature worked perfectly the 1st time.

Definitely recommend this if you have kids or dogs. I haven’t had a problem but it does make sense to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it

They had my new computer up and running very fast. All of my programs are there and it has been seamless. Great job! I am very comfortable calling on them with qestions.

Always get protection especially with items this valuable.Had problems with other items had got it fixed right away or exchanged.
