Absolutely down right a scam. They only offer one type of insurance when buying from them and it doesn’t even cover most of what could go wrong. Very displeased with being turned away at the counter with the reason being they didn’t cover the issue under my current plan yet they didn’t check to see what was causing the issue, run a diagnostics check, or even go further then plugging it up and saying oh well it’s x issue can’t help I could charge you to try and fix it but we can not promise this will resolve the issue nor will we check to see if it did resolve the issue. Didn’t care enough to help someone resolve this issue or even make sure they knew that it wasn’t covered under their protection plan. MAKE sure you know what plan your buying. DO NOT count on them to even try helping after you walk away with your product. Please be careful with this they will take your money and not think twice

I always buy geek squad protection plan but never got chance to claim anything therefore i can't tell about service. One thing i noticed that geek squad is expansive than if you buy anything like online. I hope service is as good as it cost.

This is an excellent value for coverage ( even accidental). I would highly recommend adding it to any computer you purchase; especially, if you have kids.

great because accidents always happen just remember to tell them you have a plan you go in to get them replaced or fixed.

I purchase this item for my son gameing computer and till now it help the only problem now is when to purchase it again when it expires

have used the Geek Squad service in the store and it was good, the price on this piece was cheap, so I purchased. Like I said, hope I do not need it.

We have used Geek protection plan before for computers, TV.s etc. and having them was useful when computer viruses became an issue. any issue was always dealt with and always resolved.

Will always get the Geek Squad, they are so helpful and when the glass on my screen cracked it was replace with no charge.
