No way I'd purchase a big ticket item without Geek Squad protection. I made a big purchase for my grandson. I need peace of mind, knowing that if something happened, I can count on it being fixed, quickly and efficiently. My husband and I purchase it on most all items and have always been satisfied with the service. Peace of mind is everything!

I have not had to use this service, but it was nice to get it just in case something happens to my new gaming PC. They aren't cheap, ya know!

I spilled soda on my laptop and they fixed it right up for me and were super nice about it too!

Agents were great but if something goes wrong and you return the item after 15 days, even for a defect (my last pc processor went out just after 21 days) you lose that protection cost. So I had to get refunded, buy another protection for the new PC and no refund at all. Geek couldn't repair my 5 year old Alienware lap top is what started all of this. The people are absolutely awesome but are tied by bad policies. And every time I'm say I'm not coming back the Best Buy, it never happens, I love these guys. Used Best buy in Vegas, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and back here in California. And I will be back again.

Always good to know you can pick up the phone or walk in to ask a question and not have to wait on hold for hours! They are quick to help!

Made me feel safe while I had it, however they told me to upgrade my computer with them I'd have to pay nearly 100 dollars extra, and honestly if I'm paying as much as I am for this insurance I kinda wished I would've also gotten at LEAST a discount on servicing like upgrading the computer or device by having it brought in for the building.

Love it!! Had to used this last week. No troubles after one year. They gave me store credit for the amount of my purchase. And will buy it for my new PC! Thanks geek squad

Purchased for gaming . Pc looks great and setup was easy. Would highly recommend for anyone getting a pc.

I have not used this service yet for any of the new products, however I did use it for a virus years ago and thought it was excellent. I would trust them for any issues with the new PC.
